Allison Gallant, Manager - Non-Occupational Claims

Alison is the Manager overseeing the Non-Occupational Claims department at Windley Ely, where she leads a team responsible for the day-to-day management of non-occupational cases. With over 18 years of experience in the Insurance and Claims Management industry, Alison brings extensive expertise in Disability Management (both short-term and long-term), Medical Terminology and Translation, Quality Assurance, and Client Relationship Management. Before joining Windley Ely, Alison served as an Account Manager and Team Lead, managing several national employers' non-occupational claims programs. Her broad knowledge in complex claims management, return-to-work processes, workplace accommodations, absence management, disability contract language, and customer service adds significant value to her team and clients. Alison is a strong advocate for early and safe return-to-work strategies, believing they lead to the best outcomes for both employees and employers.
