Lisa Kwasek

Lisa Kwasek is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s London office.

She advises both public and private sector employers on a wide variety of labour and employment matters spanning the life-cycle of the employment relationship, from contract drafting and collective bargaining to labour arbitration and wrongful dismissal claims.
Lisa regularly appears as counsel in both labour arbitration matters and civil litigation, before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the federal and Ontario civil courts. In addition, Lisa maintains a focus on human rights matters, regularly appearing before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She is actively involved in facilitating client training to ensure ongoing best practices on human rights, workplace accommodation and workplace investigations. Lisa strives to be an integral part of her client’s business, providing strategic and practical solutions to human resources issues.
