Workplace bullying is an issue that is plaguing many organizations. Human Resources professionals must have the insights and tools needed to properly address this problem to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to work in a safe and bully-free environment.

Dr. Lisa Barrow provides an overview of workplace bullying, which is a silent epidemic occurring in organizations today. Dr. Barrow discusses what workplace bullying is, its' effect on targeted persons, and what Human Resources representative can do to address the issue. She will provide insights regarding how best to investigate bullying complaints.

Attendees will gain insights regarding the topic of workplace bullying. They will learn about the key characteristics of bullying and the effect they have on targeted employees. Strategies for addressing workplace bullying will be discussed.
