This webinar is in partnership with AIHR

AI is reshaping HR—not simply by replacing jobs, but by changing the work inside them. As routine and transactional tasks become easier to automate, capabilities such as strategic judgment, business acumen, data literacy, digital fluency, AI fluency, and change capability are becoming more important.
So what does this mean for your career?
In this interactive session, we’ll combine labor-market insights from Revelio with a practical career framework to help you understand how HR roles and skills are evolving—and what you can do about it.
You’ll explore how to build on the experience you already have, clarify the kind of value you want to create in HR, and identify the capabilities that can help you increase your impact. Rather than assuming career progression requires a completely different role, the session will help you think about how to reposition your experience and evolve alongside the profession.
If you’re thinking about how to stay relevant, grow your impact, or prepare for your next move in HR, this session will give you a practical way to turn change into career direction.
Objectives:
- A clearer understanding of how AI is changing HR roles and skills
- Greater clarity on the value you want to create in HR
- A better view of the strengths and transferable capabilities you already bring
- One priority skill to develop next
- A stronger, future-facing career story
- One practical action you can take to move your career forward
