Kiran Patel, CHRP, CHRL, Human Resources Advisor

Kiran Patel, CHRP, CHRL, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 10 years of progressive experience across private and public sectors. She holds a BA Honours in Psychology from York University and an Honours Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College and currently volunteering on HRPA's Central West Chapter Council. Kiran currently serves as an Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist in an enterprise-wide strategic role focused on strengthening culture, organizational health, and leader capability across a large, unionized and non-unionized multi-site workforce. She provides data-driven insights and strategic consultation to executives and operational leaders, translating engagement and pulse survey results into meaningful themes, actionable plans, and leader coaching that enhance belonging, accountability, and team effectiveness. Previously, Kiran served as an Human Resources Advisor at the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), supporting diverse client groups in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development. Known for building trusted partnerships, she offered expert guidance on policy interpretation, collective agreement compliance, and complex workplace investigations, while championing initiatives in change management, diversity, and employee engagement. A certified CHRP and CHRL, Kiran is committed to lifelong learning and advancing people strategies that drive organizational success.
