Mike works with clients to establish your key goals and the plan to achieve them.

Kyle has worked in the group benefits field for over 10 years and is well versed in helping clients design group benefits plans which will maximize the value provided to employees, within the financial risk constraints of the employer. His subject matter expertise and actuarial skills are invaluable to clients in all aspects of group benefits: program design, financial forecasting, benefits benchmarking, plan renewals etc.
