  • Learn how organizations are recognizing that their people are critical to the success of business objectives and that a strategic response to this reality is necessary, especially as a result of the challenges presented by the covid era.
  • Be introduced to the Talent Optimization strategy framework. This is a model that can be used to strategically plan for the optimization of an organization’s most important asset, their people.
  • Be provided with a basic backgrounder on using assessments as a critical data foundation in leveraging talent

Mitch LePage

Mitch joined Predictive Success Corporation as a Managing Principal following 31 years in public education where he served in a variety of school and district leadership roles. As a lifelong learner, Mitch holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Toronto, Executive Supervisory Officer Certification from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and Information Management Certification from the School of Business, Queen’s University. Mitch has been regularly sought out to serve as a mentor and guide to senior administrators across the province of Ontario with a client list that includes the Toronto District School Board as well as other large and medium-sized school boards, private schools and commercial clients. Currently the Chair of the Board of Directors for Cystic Fibrosis Canada, Mitch devotes a great deal of time to charitable causes and lends his leadership and analytics expertise to develop powerful not-for-profit leadership teams.
