Over the past decade, HR professionals have focused primarily on their functions’ operating models, policies, and systems. However, in today’s increasingly competitive and dynamic business environment, they must focus on how to manage talent strategically. HR must make the transition from being administrators or reactors to ‘Anticipators’ who add value to their organization by connecting business and people strategies.

On November 23rd join DDI and a dynamic team of Senior HR Leaders in an interactive 1.5 hour webinar. We will explore the panel members’ career journeys to becoming true HR Anticipators, and the methodology to get you on the right path to advancing your career.

In this session you will learn:

  • The key areas for growth in transitioning to Strategic HR
  • How Senior HR leaders successfully became anticipators
  • Your current skill level and identification of the areas to concentrate on for future development (via a personal self-assessment)
  • Speaker bio(s)
