Whether you are back to the office, working remotely or supporting a hybrid team, coaching skills have never been more important for leaders and professionals at all levels.
Join Reconnecting Workspaces Author Jennifer Britton for this interactive zoom conversation around three coaching skills for every leader. Whether you are leading your team or supporting people organization-wide, focusing on these three areas can have a big impact. We’ll be exploring goal-setting, working with strengths and questions. There will be an emphasis on conversations in the virtual space.

Participants will learn:

• Three core coaching and collaboration skills which will not only enhance your mentoring conversations but also your work as an HR professional;
• Applying these 3 skills to your current goals;
