Whether you are leading your team or supporting people organization-wide, focusing on these three areas can have a big impact. We’ll be exploring goal-setting, working with strengths and questions. There will be an emphasis on conversations in the virtual space.

Participants will learn:

• Three core coaching and collaboration skills which will not only enhance your mentoring conversations but also your work as an HR professional;
