Grand Valley: 02.25.2021 - Tired of Toxicity in the Workplace - Try the Kindness Advantage (Webinar)

Tired of Toxicity in the Workplace? Try the Kindness Advantage! Workplace incivility is on the rise as demonstrated by the increasing number of grievances and harassment claims paired with the fast-decreasing levels of employee engagement. HR professionals across these organizations are tasked with the vital role to boost employee morale and create workplace cultures of high performance and respect. The answer to this enigma lies in the basics we can all tune into, which is what Laurie Flasko, CEC, CSP refers to the kindness advantage. This transformative approach is something that HR professionals can implement in their respective workplaces to boosting workplace morale, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Learning Outcomes

This session is structured around the K.I.N.D. Methodology and will offer HR professionals an opportunity to learn the specific skills associated with being Kinesthetic, using Imagination, Neighbourly, and Deliberate. Attendees can expect to take away:

1. Loads of practical ideas to bring kindness into the workplace.

2. Understand the science around kindness and the impact to morale, wellness, and bottom-line results.

3. Steps to deal with challenging people.

4. How to put the K.I.N.D. methodology into practice.
