During this session, Mark will delve into the essential components of an organization, explore methods to measure performance, and introduce key elements for enhancing organizational effectiveness. To illustrate the practical application of the model, Mark will walk us through three real-world case studies. These include the integration of three businesses to form a subsidiary within a global engineering company, the successful turnaround of a struggling technology firm, and the remarkable growth of a small professional services organization.
