Jennifer Britton, CHRP, CHRL, CEO

Jennifer Britton, MES, CHRP, CPT, PCC, is the author of five publications including Effective Group Coaching (2010), From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (2013), and Effective Virtual Conversations (2017). Known for her thought leadership in the area of group and team coaching, Jennifer also has been a pioneer in the virtual and remote space. Since the early 1990s she's led teams remotely and programming virtually, first in the international humanitarian sector, later through her company, Potentials Realized, an award-winning coaching skills training company.
