As organizations embark on digital transformations including adopting Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), HR professionals have the opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic change.  These transformations offer operational efficiencies, personalized employee experiences, and data-driven insights into talent management and other critical strategic business issues. The benefits hinge, however, on embedding trust and adopting privacy, security, and identity governance best practices, enterprise wide.

To help lead their organizations through the changes that digital transformations can bring, HR teams need to implement a strategic framework to align privacy, security, and identity governance with their organizations’ broader business outcomes to help ensure success.

Learning Objectives:

•    Exploring HR’s role in addressing digital transformation challenges around privacy, security, data protection, and AI impacts to your organization.
•    Distilling the key insights and trends surrounding risk management, cyber threats, and AI, with a focus on:
•    Exploring the alignment between HR digital transformation and privacy, security and data protection.
•    Understanding the security and data protection requirements while navigating the opportunities and challenges of AI in HRIS platforms
•    Understanding operational and cultural risk as it relates to HR digital transformations.
