CARL is an acronym for Curiosity, Agility, Resilience and Leadership which are all play key parts in the success of any organization and the individuals who make it progress, to be ready for the next surprise!
Attendees will go away with an understanding of what disruptive change means, how to apply the CARL model to be ready for disruption and have your own personal commitment plan to be ready for disruption personally and organizationally.
