In this interactive session Rich will take you on a journey to explore what it means when an organization experiences disruptive change and as a leader of people within that organization, be prepared to not be wrong-footed next time you come face to face with the unexpected.

2020 brought the biggest disruption to our working lives for many years. Understanding the drivers for the emotional responses we all witnessed people across the organization demonstrate is important for developing health and wellbeing strategies for the Future success and effective delivery of business results

Rich will introduce you to CARL, his model for navigating disruption and building organizational change readiness competency. CARL is an acronym for Curiosity, Agility, Resilience and Leadership which are all play key parts in the success of any organization and the individuals who make it progress, to be ready for the next surprise!

Attendees will go away with an understanding of what disruptive change means, how to apply the CARL model to be ready for disruption and have your own personal commitment plan to be ready for disruption personally and organizationally.
