Julio Quiceno, Director of HR Insights and People Analytics

Julio Quiceno (he/him) is currently Director of HR Insights and People Analytics at Scotiabank. In his role he leads the delivery of people insights and HR reporting on the Bank's workforce to business leaders and HR functions to inform talent decision making. Julio brings a strong strategic mindset to his team along with proven success in designing and implementing HR customer driven solutions. With over 20 years of HR experience, Julio has expertise in talent acquisition, change and talent management. Julio holds a graduate degree in Social Management from Universidad del Rosario in Colombia and earned his MBA from McGill.
