How people navigate change has become more and more important over the last decade. This was reinforced by the response to the pandemic and the new or current normal we are all doing our best to lean into.
Change is not new, but as HR professionals we are often called upon to support the people side of change and new initiatives with little or any support. Good common sense, human centric responses and our trusted experience are the best we can use. Wouldn't it be great to have more in our toolbox?
In this interactive session, Rich will take us on a journey to explain the value of change management, how we can deploy its benefits within our workplace and add a few extras to our toolkit to help people achieve their potential as the world around them changes.
