Eren Ikiz

Eren Ikiz is a highly qualified and skilled professional with a wealth of experience driving strategic change and enhancing organizational performance. He holds an MSc in Electronics Engineering and an Executive MBA. Eren began his career in IT and later transitioned to the Computer and Network Manager role at DHL Worldwide Express, where he developed a passion for change management. After completing his MBA in 2002, Eren returned to Turkey and established erenikiz Training and Consultancy Ltd. as Senior Lecturer, Keynote Speaker, Executive Coach, and Consultant. He developed innovative talent management solutions, including a three-dimensional talent management approach, shadow coaching process, leadership academy, and development centres, which earned two Association for Talent Development (ATD) awards and one Stevie Gold in the business excellence category. Eren has served major banks, insurance, manufacturing, FMCG, and technology companies, earning a reputation as a top consultant among the top 100 multinational corporations. Eren's thought leadership is widely recognized, having authored the "Leadership" section in the monthly Platin Business Magazine and published articles on business, leadership, and personal development, including in the HR Gazette. The International Coaching Council (ICC) certified Eren as a "Master Coach" in 2010. Eren moved to Canada in 2017 to pursue his children's education and established Improva Inc. He is an employee sustainability, leadership development and talent management expert who continues to contribute significantly to the business world via a human-centric strategic approach.
