Funmilola Obomighie, CHRL, CHRE, Vice President People, Culture and Organizational Effectiveness

Lola Obomighie is an accomplished healthcare executive and Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) with over 20 years of international experience across healthcare, higher education, and both public and private sectors in England and Canada. She currently serves as Vice President of People, Culture & Organizational Effectiveness at Northumberland Hills Hospital. Lola is a strategic change leader known for driving workforce transformation, embedding equity and inclusion, leading multi-year people strategies, and aligning HR with business goals. She is a Rotman Global Executive MBA candidate in Healthcare and the Life Sciences, an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s University IRC, a Board Director at Trinity College School, and a CHRE Review Committee Member with HRPA. Known for her warmth, insight, and systems-thinking approach, Lola brings a strong voice for people, equity, and strategy in every room she’s in.
