We will learn to shift our mindset relative to our role in creating the experiences that we are having; understand how our values are the foundation of our authentic leadership; and, recognize how using values-based work can enhance emotional intelligence, engagement and resiliency. We will explore relationship building base on authenticity and mutuality, as well as how it can be applied to performance management and accountability.
