In the midst of today’s talent shortages and soaring recruitment costs, retention is top-of-mind for organizations. Employer branding is a holistic approach for building attraction and retention programs that meet the demands of both employees and employers. In this session, we will provide an overview of addressing talent retention challenges through a holistic Employer Branding (EB) process that HR leaders can leverage in their 2023 plans.

Objective 1: Understand the Basics of Employer Branding & current talent trends:
• What is Employer Branding?
• Examples of an EB
• The Current EB landscape
Objective 2: Learn how to create the business case for retention strategies and employer branding:
• Building the business case for retention
• Tactical inspiration for retention through an Employer Brand lens
Objective 3: Learn a process to create innovative retention strategies:
• Design thinking overview (why it’s so powerful, how to do it, & a brief example)
• Gaining organizational support and leadership buy-in
