Michelle Jobbitt is a human resources and organizational effectiveness leader with a passion for helping organizations build strong cultures, develop talent, and create environments where people can thrive. She partners with leaders to advance workforce strategies that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational performance. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). She currently serves as Manager, Talent, Organizational Development and Effectiveness at Northumberland Hills Hospital. With expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, and employee experience, Michelle is dedicated to creating workplaces that support both high performance and sustainable ways of working.
