Michele Fischer

Michele is a Vice President with Deloitte Real Estate on the National Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Transformation team based in Toronto, with nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in workplace strategy, design, project management and change management. She has worked with clients to create agile workplace strategies, implement cultural change management programs that heighten employee enjoyment in the workplace, enhance team productivity and deliver financial value. She utilizes a collaborative approach resulting in an improved work environment, greater engagement, and a more responsive workforce.

Michele has supported small to complex public and private sector projects including: corporate, healthcare, education and government organizations with their workplace strategy and change management implementation programs, helping to adapt to the ever-changing work environment and demands.

She has a passion for sustainable design and the "Future of Work" - working with clients to adapt their business to the trends evident in our economy and society that will challenge our existing infrastructure and drive the need for a new way of thinking about work environments. She is LEED accredited, a member of the Association of Registered Interior Designer of Ontario, Canadian Green Building Council and the Change Management Institute.
