Speaker bio(s)
Antonietta Foti, CHRP

Toni Foti pivoted careers to Human Resources Management after 15+ years of working in retail and gaming management. She has her CHRP designation and successfully completed a 4-month HR Internship with University Health Network in a generalist capacity. Toni brings several transferable skills to HR. She worked as an HR Consultant with Get Fillip.


Rathika Jayasinghe, CHRP, CHRL, Director, Human Resources

Rathika Jayasinghe has been a member with the HRPA since 2007. She has volunteered with the Toronto Chapter since 2010 as a member with the Professional Development & Social Committee, operating as co-Chair for 3 years and after a brief haitus, returned to volunteering as the Chair of the student Liaison Committee with the Durham Chapter. An HR professional with over 15 years of experience, she has held the position of National Human Resources Manager, Canada and was responsible from leading the Ontario based Company to Canada-wide operations and Global Human Resources Lead with and software solutions company. Currently she is Director, Human Resources, for a biochemical research and development company. Rathika firmly believes that volunteering with the HRPA has allowed her the ability to grow her network, make connections and build her coaching mentoring abilities and be a support to new talent as they navigate their careers. This relationship has greatly contributed to her career success. Passionate about giving back to the community, Rathika is a mentor with Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) and works to assists professionals, new to Canada, navigate their careers through the Canadian landscape. Rathika holds a B.Sc from Mumbai University and Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College. She completed the Strategic Human Resources Leadership Program from Cornell University in 2017. Rathika gained her CHRP in 2010, CHRL in 2014 and is currently a CHRE candidate.


Beatriz Millon

Beatriz Millon is currently a People Analytics student at York University. She holds a certificate in Human Resources from Conestoga College and a certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. Her professional and volunteer background includes human resources, business administration, project management, and corporate communications. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. Prior to joining the Board of Directors as Chapter Student Liaison Chair, she held various volunteer positions from the Human Resources Professionals Association – Grand Valley Chapter, Human Resources Professionals Association, Canadian Cancer Society (Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation), Canadian Red Cross, and Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
