This workshop will take you through a series of practices for supporting employees through their stressful periods:

  • Mindfulness practices and why they work
  • Documenting, supporting and recentering employees
  • 5 listening practices to use for managing stress
  • Creating safe spaces for employees to cope with anxiety and stress
  • What practical tools can HR professionals apply to support employees in times of stress
  • Emotional intelligence tips to connect to the employee when unresponsive
  • Apply critical thinking for encouraging the employee to shift to positive thinking encouraging a healthier perspective

Rani Glick, President

Rani Glick is a Certified Nutrition Practitioner (CNP), Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and (ROHP), Wellness Coach and former Arts Management Executive. She offers a range of experience in nutrition, fitness, stress management and holistic health practices. She brings a diverse background in strategic development, conference planning and professional development workshops for over 15 national and provincial conferences and association events, coordinated 30 professional development workshops and liaised with over 500 members in professional associations and organizations such as the Arts Dealers Association of Canada, Community Arts Ontario and Toronto School of Art plus managed million-dollar budgets and coordinated organizational systems, databases, strategic planning initiatives and equity and diversity programs….
