Learning Objectives:

Participants will pick up loads of practical ideas to bring kindness into the workplace through understanding the science around kindness and the impact to morale, wellness and bottom-line results. Participants will learn steps to deal with challenging people and how to put the K.I.N.D. methodology into practice.

Laurie Flasko, Training Consultant, Speaker

With 25 years experience in customer service training, leadership development, and team building, Laurie Flasko is a certified trainer, speaker and executive coach. She works with organizations who want to "WOW" their customers, build high performing teams and leaders, and create kind cultures where people love to work. Her customer experience programs have been recognized by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. She co-authored Bullying is Not a Game: A Parents' Survival Guide. AND she is currently studying at Stanford University in the Applied Compassion Academy. Laurie lives in Niagara with her husband Less and LOVES to spend time with her family. She can't wait to travel the world and to see you all in person one day soon.
