The COVID-19 pandemic has caused one of the most substantial shifts in the world of work in decades, and HR professionals have been called on to help their organizations and their employees navigate through these challenging times.

With the situation rapidly changing, and the province slowly turning a corner in its COVID-19 recovery, HRPA asked its members about how their organizations are planning to re-open their workplaces, and how HR is influencing the future of work, post-pandemic.
