Not all employees will have the same work-life balance issues. Baby boomers will most likely have different challenges than Generation Y employees. Age, gender, care-giver demands, marital status and many other factors affect an employee’s work-life balance. This webinar explains the importance of fostering work-life balance, and how offering supportive family-oriented benefits can contribute to assisting with this delicate balance.

The webinar provides information and guidance on how you can:

<  Attract and retain a quality work force

<  Contribute to employee wellness and flexibility options

<  Boost employee engagement and loyalty

<  Decrease absenteeism, turnover and poor morale
