Jodi Zigelstein-Yip, CHRP, CHRL, Chief HR Innovator/Founder

Jodi Zigelstein-Yip is a twenty-one (21) year leader and veteran in the HR community and is the Chief HR Innovator and Founder of Enliven HR Consulting Inc. Jodi plays a major role in her client’s businesses by delivering innovative, sustainable and strategic HR programs and solutions designed to unleash leadership and employee potential, drive performance, increase organizational effectiveness and steer business results.

Her expertise is in the creation of unique leadership, talent and high-potential development programs, employee engagement and employee experience initiatives, organizational transformation and HR strategy, executive coaching, compensation programs, succession planning and talent assessment programs.

Jodi engages small, medium and large local, national and multi-national clients in a variety of industries. Jodi’s experience comes from both working with clients for more than half her career as well as in Human Resources in the corporate world.

Jodi is a seasoned and dynamic facilitator, recognized by the Institute for Performance and Learning for the design and facilitation of a multi-faceted leadership development program.

Erin Kuzz, Employment Labour Lawyer

Erin Kuzz is one of the founding members of Sherrard Kuzz in Toronto, Canada where she represents employers in all areas of employment and labour law. Erin has been recognized by Lexpert®, Chambers Global®, Who’s Who Legal® and Best Lawyers® as one of Canada’s leading employment and labour lawyers. Having practised labour and employment law for more than 20 years, she has earned a reputation for practical, results-oriented advice.

Erin is a Past Chair of the Labour and Employment Section of the Ontario Bar Association and was a member of the Human Resource Committee for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Para Pan Am Games. She is also a member of the prestigious College of Labour and Employment Lawyers. Erin is widely published, has written extensively about a number of different labour and employment issues and is contacted frequently by media for comments on current labour or employment matters. She has also taught labour relations issues at both York University and University of Toronto.


Ross Kerr, Human Capital Partner at Deloitte Canada

Ross leads large-scale business transformations in the financial services sector. He has more than twenty years’ experience in the financial services sector advising senior executives and leading programs that resulted in annual revenue growth; annual expense savings; the successful acquisition and integration of a group savings business; improved corporate governance; and greater employee engagement and productivity. Primary areas of focus are advice and implementation support to clients in the financial sector regarding business transformation that include strategy implementation, process redesign, organization redesign, enhancements to governance models, program management, as well as the related organizational change and talent management initiatives.


Catherine Parsons Dhamija

Catherine Parsons Dhamija is a Human Capital Partner at Deloitte Canada and leads the South West Ontario region for Deloitte Ontario. She serves the market by strengthening client connections across the corridor, and bringing the full breadth of Deloitte to our clients, from Tax, Accounting and Audit work to Financial Advisory, Risk and Consulting services (Technology, Strategy, Operations, Human Capital).

She has worked across all sizes of clients and industries, both private and public but, she spends the majority of her time these days in the Mid-Market and Private company space.
