"Eliminating Sexual Harassment: It's Everyone's Business" is an engaging digital learning program that instructs employees (including managers) on how to identify, prevent, and report sexual harassment.

Using a combination of fluid animation, storytelling, and gamified quizzes, employees will be engaged, entertained, and connected to meaningful content, all while fulfilling the key learning objectives. The animated and interactive digital course has a lasting impact and is "current" in its exploration of this sensitive topic.

The course is designed for both desktop and mobile devices. Compliance is tracked on the LMS.

Learning objectives:

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of identifying sexual harassment (including key definitions)
  • Understand how best to reduce the occurrence of sexual harassment in the workplace, and how respond effectively as an HR leader when it does occur or is reported
  • Learn how to respond appropriately and in compliance with the law when a complaint is made
  • Learn how to best keep employees safe, and reduce or eliminate your employer's liability

Who should attend?

The course is appropriate for all levels of experience in HR leadership. It is also effective training for employees at all levels.
