Also worked as a consultant for an international strategy consultancy assisting large organizations in an array of industries. MBA graduate and Athletic Scholar from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.


Brad Kelly, Partner

Extensive experience consulting to large, complex organizations on strategic planning, executive compensation and governance. Experience working in the Federal Public Service and with an international human resources advisory firm as a senior consultant, executive compensation. MPA graduate from Carleton’s School of Public Policy and Administration; studied at Harvard’s Kennedy School.
