Paul Hamilton

Paul Hamilton is a dynamic speaker and accomplished leader who produces transformative Talent solutions. Whether on stage or in a boardroom, his passion for diversity and inclusion, candidate experience, employment branding and making a difference through people, is undeniable. With over 20 years of delivering progressive and innovative people strategies, he has assembled an inventory of purpose-driven solutions which he uses to cultivate diverse talent mindsets around the world. In 2012, Paul was recognized as one of the Top 100 Global Talent Leaders by LinkedIn and in 2016, his organization received the HRPA Employer Brand Award for their Employee Value Proposition and Recruitment Marketing work. Paul Hamilton is the Director of Talent Acquisition at the LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario), one of the largest retailers and wholesalers of beverage alcohol in the world. He is the co-chair of the Racialized Persons ERG and a mentor with the Pinball Clemons Foundation.
