Moving from the realm of the obscure to now what is seemingly obvious, mindfulness is becoming the go-to mental fitness approach for enhancing individuals, teams and organizations as a whole.

Mindfulness is:

  • A basic human resource accessible by all
  • New literacy in Learning & Development
  • Evidence-Based Clinical intervention
  • Core competence in Leadership
  • Benchmark for health and safety

This webinar will review the business case for mindfulness in the workplace, the relationship to communication, teamwork, safety, resilience, productivity and leadership, as well as case studies and best practices for implementation. Plus, we’ll teach you Take 5 – a mindfulness-in-action tool that can be done in the midst of your day with eyes wide open!

Developing and encouraging a mindful culture and mindset offers an effective response to the kinds of maladies found in our modern workplaces—the pressure to do more with less, always being on, constant distractions, plus stress, anxiety, and depression.

Bonus - You will also be introduced the MindWell Challenge, an evidenced-based online training on mindfulness in the workplace being made available free to HRPA members.

Important: By registering for this webinar you agree to also be notified about upcoming MindWell-U webinars.  You can unsubscribe at any time.
