Sezar Bune

Sezar Bune practices in all areas of employment law and litigation, including wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, separation packages, human rights complaints, restrictive covenants and employment standards compliance.

Sezar’s approach to the practice of law is thoughtful, perceptive and determined. A passionate litigator, he champions his clients’ interests strategically, and has the experience to obtain successful resolutions for his clients, whether in the office or in the courtroom. He recognizes that his clients have a personal and financial stake in the result, and carefully guides them through the legal process by finding creative approaches to assist them in reaching their goals.

Sezar has appeared and represented clients before various levels of courts and tribunals in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

Sezar obtained his law degree at the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies in Law & Society and Psychology at the York University in Toronto.

In his free time, Sezar leads an active lifestyle, including playing a variety of sports and travelling.

Sezar is multilingual in English and Chaldean/Assyrian, and also has a working knowledge of Arabic.
