Testimonials:

“When you think about the significant cost of defending an action before a Human Rights Tribunal in terms of damages and legal fees, not to mention reputational damage and embarrassment, why wouldn’t an organization invest in a program like Workplace Diversity and Human Rights Certificate?”-Lauren Bernardi, LL.B, Bernardi Human Resource Law

The Workplace Diversity & Human Rights Certificate & Course provides an excellent framework for understanding diversity and human rights. The course is comprehensive and provides excellent resources such as flow charts for making decisions, case law, links to legal resources, fact sheets and best practices. It is an excellent tool kit for an organization that wants to create organizational change and best practices with regard to Human Rights & Diversity. I highly recommend this certificate program. - Connie Vander Wall, BBA, MSM, CHRL, SPHR, CVW Consulting & Former Associate Vice-President, Human Resources, Nipissing University
