Mindfulness has become an increasingly popular topic in recent years – but it takes training to determine how to get the most out of a mindfulness practice in your organization.

Mindfulness is a way to improve employee well-being by decreasing stress in the workplace. Learning mindfulness enhances mental and emotional resilience by bringing focused attention to how we feel, think, and act.

In this program, you will learn how mindfulness can increase attention, awareness and resilience in the workplace. Gain highly effective mindfulness tools, skills and resources for HR professionals and their teams. Bring mindfulness expertise and experiential learning to your organization, and watch the dramatic positive impact on productivity, relationships and wellness.

Learning objectives:

  • Proven techniques to improve well-being and reduce stress
  • How to practice mindfulness with feedback and guidance
  • Develop resources to help you feel more alive in everyday life
  • Participate in an open forum to ask questions about mindfulness meditation and practices

Who should attend?
