This program is designed to engage a broad range of participants, consumers, investors, sponsors, like-minded professionals and the public-at-large to the astounding need for HR Professionals to Build their Profession. Accountants have audits, valuations, filings, and due diligence to validate their work. Lawyers have motions, contracts, statutes and judgements. Qualified HR Professionals have relied on goodwill and individual respect for far too long.

Participants in this program will learn the 'why', 'who', 'what', 'when', 'where' and 'how' of moving this government mandated, Tier 1 Profession forward – aggressively and confidently, for the betterment of all, particularly the public. Each and every HR Professional has a role to play in this journey, and this program is designed to engage them, and everyone else, in supporting the fulfillment of this astounding need.

The program makes the case that HR Professionals, and everyone else, need to 'demand better' from themselves in building the HR Profession, in the public interest. The program continues on to identify opportunities, explore appropriate and inappropriate messaging thereof, identify recognized qualifications, provide concrete examples of 'Baking in the Need' for qualified HR professionals, and debrief webinar participant suggestions for additional opportunities to demonstrate the value within, and more importantly, beyond the HR Profession.

Learning objectives:
