HR professionals are often called upon to support their business units in engaging employees and fostering productive and collegial work environments. Leveraging a proven psychometric self-assessment tool such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® can promote understanding, provide a common language, and a framework for enhancing self-awareness, communication, problem solving, and collaboration in your own team and across the organization.
Learn the MBTI® framework once – and benefit for life. You can apply your knowledge of personality type to improve potential and performance, and gain a competitive edge by maximizing individual and team performance.
This workshop will help you to increase your self-awareness and learn what makes people tick. You will gain insights on how you can use your knowledge of personality type to enhance communications and collaboration and help your business partners do the same.
You will receive your personalized MBTI® results and debrief at the workshop. If you miss the workshop but would still like to receive your results and debrief, you may opt to schedule an individual session for an additional fee.
