Patricia is a certified member of WBE Canada and a supporter of diversity and inclusion in the business world. She was recognized with the 2015 WBE Canada Champion Award. Patricia is founder of THRIVE, a coaching program focusing on emotional intelligence to assist executives returning to work after personal setbacks such as critical illness.
Adriana Kevill, Director, Online & Social Media Strategy - KRT Marketing
Adriana has over 20 years of experience working on Marketing and Digital Strategies. She has also been part of the localization industry - giving her a unique insight of different cultures and international business.
The “why not?” attitude that stems from her fiery personality combined with her passion for never being satisfied with the status quo, enabled her to build the Search Marketing and Social Media Departments at KRT Marketing. By immersing herself in the work of a wide variety of clients from several industries (financial technology, engineering, healthcare and more), Adriana is equipped with a distinctive vantage point on processes, challenges and opportunities when launching or expanding social media programs.

Natasha Savoline, Lawyer & HR Advisor – Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP
Natasha joined Bernardi Human Resource Law in 2014 as a Lawyer and HR Advisor. She regularly conducts workplace investigations to address bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and all aspects of respect in the workplace issues.
Since 2003 she has been advising private and public sector employers and HR professionals on all aspects of labour and employment law matters, including wrongful dismissal, human rights, employment standards and labour relations. A strong advocate of a proactive and balanced approach, Natasha strives to resolve disputes before litigation arises. She listens to her clients’ needs to provide reasoned and practical legal advice and solutions to both employers and employees and aims to achieve the most reasonable and favourable outcomes for her clients.
She has co-authored several texts including the Ontario Human Rights Code: Quick Reference, 2009, Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Act: Quick Reference, 2010 and the McGraw-Hill Irwin Human Resource Management textbook (2011).
