Almost half of all prescription medications fail. When this happens, employees go through a lengthy trial-and-error period to find the right medication that can lead to absenteeism, disability claims, presenteeism, and drug waste. Pharmacogenetic testing is designed to determine the right dose of the right drug the first time, eliminating the trial-and-error period and resulting in a better health outcome for your employees and their dependents.

In this webinar, learn the ins and outs of pharmacogenetics, with a specific focus on how HR can implement pharmacogenetics into the organization, what to look for in a program and the added value for organizations in terms of disability management, minimizing absenteeism and presenteeism, and controlling disability claim costs. Learn how to help your employees achieve healthie

Learning objectives:

<  What is pharmacogenetics and how can pharmacogenetics be implemented into your benefits strategy?

<  How can HR use pharmacogenetics to improve health outcomes among the employee population?

<  How can pharmacogenetics help reduce disability claims, absenteeism, presenteeism and overall employee health and wellness costs?

Who should attend:

This program is for senior-level HR professionals.
