Sarah Eaton

Sarah is an dynamic, bilingual HR Consultant who coaches and advises Adobe’s business managers and leaders. Sarah has spent 8 years with Adobe supporting sites growth and engagement in Ottawa, New York City and Sydney, Australia. Her passion is Employee Relations and currently supports Canada, the United States and Latin America. Personally, Sarah enjoys travel and has been fortunate to visit over 35 countries to date.


Ian Keith, Group Insurance & Pension Advisor

Ian Keith has been in the group insurance industry since 1997, starting his career with Great-West Life in Ottawa. Ian has worked for 3 major insurance companies as a Group Benefits Wholesaler and truly understands the inner workings of Benefit Plan providers. Ian started working as an independent benefits & pension broker in May 2015. He is proud of the fact that he helps his clients with their day-to-day plan administration in addition to the financial aspects and plan design issues. Ian graduated from the University of Ottawa in 1997 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and has obtained his CEBS designation in 2008.

Erin Kelly is President and CEO of Advanced Symbolics Inc. (ASI), a company that uses Artificial Intelligence for market research. ASI works with companies and organizations to help them predict how their messages and marketing plans are likely to be received by their target market before these plans are implemented.


Laura Mindorff, Chief Operating Officer

Laura Mindorff has always been compelled to advocate for clarity and simplicity. Professionally, she designs the values, culture and operational efficiencies as the COO at both Industrial and Wicket. Industrial is one of Ottawa’s top digital agencies that specializes in designing and building websites for professional associations and large organizations, which Laura has been a part of for 6 years. More recently, she co-founded Wicket, a SaaS company that offers member-driven organizations a refreshing alternative to their membership management software. As an Ottawa native, Laura holds degrees from both Algonquin College and the University of Ottawa. Laura is passionate about volunteering her time at Youville Centre, an inspiring centre that provides opportunities to young mothers and their children. Laura writes and speaks about bringing focus and clarity to chaos (she has five kids and two dogs after all). She will inspire you to create the culture your team needs.

Tosha Rhodenizer, Chief Executive Officer

Tosha Rhodenizer is the Chief Executive Officer of the Recreation Association of the Public Service of Canada, commonly known as the RA. Tosha’s diverse career has touched virtually every business sector in Ottawa – for profit, not for profit and charitable organizations. In the first year of her leadership, the RA’s performance improved by over $1 million dollars to the bottom line. Currently, Tosha is the driving force of an ambitious re-imagining of the facilities and strategic direction of this 75-year-old organization. Central to these changes is the incorporation of a world first “House of Sport” initiative made possible through her vision, creative design and innovative partnerships. Prior to her role at the RA, Tosha was the Vice President at the National Capital Region YM-YWCA and previous to that, a full time faculty member at the Sport School of business at Carleton University.
