Kathleen is the Director of HR & Total Rewards Solutions at The Talent Company. She works closely with The Talent Company’s clients to help them achieve superior business results through the design and delivery of HR, talent and total rewards strategies, programs and processes.

Kathleen offers in-depth knowledge and insight in to the compensation and total rewards profession. She provides her knowledge, understanding and insight to organizations of all sizes across the globe, helping them build, develop and optimize their total rewards teams and practices. For the last 10 years, she has also acted as a coach and advisor to HR and total rewards professionals on career management.

Kathleen is a member of the HRPA, WorldatWork and GTA Rewards Association. She is also an active participant and speaker at a number of HR, Total Rewards and Leadership conferences across Canada.
