The Toronto Chapter Mentoring event is a targeted opportunity to meet professionals one table at a time.
How it works:
Our hosts will assist you with your Speed Mentoring and you’ll get to speak with at least 4 different mentors in a structured activity.
The focus areas of the 4 guided activities are:
Conversation 1: Mentoring vs Coaching vs Sponsorship
Conversation 2: Development Planning Strategies
Conversation 3: Communication Effectiveness
Conversation 4: Open Discussion
You’ll be walked through each event by the host, while a presentation will be on screen for you to refer to during each conversation. Each conversation will also feature suggested questions for discussions and ‘action items’ following each conversation.
