This session will provide a model for creating a base pay structure using your Total Rewards Philosophy, External Market Data and Job Evaluations. Creating a Base Pay Structure is a critical step to ensuring, not only employee satisfaction and organizational success, but to mitigate against any future Pay Equity adjustments/liabilities. The model will also allow for transparency in pay practices that is defensible and understandable in a quickly evolving compensation economy. Learning outcomes: - Identify Benchmark Jobs
