On June 1st, 2016, the HRPA repatriated the Hire Authority Job Board from Workopolis — adding a wealth of new tools and resources for both employers and job seekers. “This provides more flexibility in reaching HRPA’s 22,000 members — the largest HR association in Canada,” says Chris Larsen, HRPA’s VP of Membership, Marketing & Professional Development. Besides a new look and a more user-friendly web platform, the updated job board boasts several new features for both employers and job seekers.
Participants will learn from Adam Hart, Hire Authority Specialist, how they can get the most out of this exclusive job board for HRPA members, including career advice and resources. Participants will also gain an understanding of how employers leverage Hire Authority to reach the best talent.

Adam was responsible for overseeing the development of the new Hire Authority platform which launched on June 1st, 2016. As the exclusive job board for HRPA members, Hire Authority connects employers with top HR talent with the critical advantage of certification and regulation. Hire Authority’s primary goal is to provide our members with an exclusive platform to search for jobs and provide information that will help them develop their careers. Adam currently manages Hire Authority’s sales, marketing, and customer service.
