Networking is not about sales, it's about relationship building and it really is a long game. With this new definition, participants will learn tips, tricks and proven techniques to politely break into existing conversations, introduce yourself, introduce others, and make small talk. The importance of a concise and compelling Elevator Pitch will be demonstrated as a way to move past the small talk into meaningful conversations to connect with others. Finally, the art of the follow-up will be discussed.
