Peel: 02.22.18 PD Half Day:  Tackling the Tough Stuff

Tackling the Tough Stuff: Preventing and Dealing with the Toughest HR Law Issues

In this session, we will focus on the HR Law issues we have seen employers struggle with the most: workplace accommodation, off duty misconduct and harassment. We will address ways that your organization can proactively reduce the risk of legal issues associated with accommodation, off-duty misconduct and harassment. But, we will also address also how to minimize exposures if your organization finds itself embroiled in workplace issues that involve the above areas of HR Law.

Participants will work through real-life case studies to identify emerging trends in accommodation, off-duty misconduct and harassment, the legal framework within which an employer may respond to such issues and effective strategies to reduce associated risks

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION DEADLINE:        Thurs. Feb. 15th

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel by the registration deadline to qualify for a refund.
