Toronto: 06.11.19 Executive Impact: Innovation Think Tank: Reengineering the Target Operation Model For A Finance Function, Shared Services and Business Intelligence

Event Overview:

The world of work is undergoing some massive changes: globalization, digitalization, increasingly flexible and diversified workplaces, to name a few. How do these changes impact the target operation model for a finance function? That includes the shared services business model and business intelligence within the organization.

Marrouane Nabih, Global CFO at CCM Hockey, will share some insights on how to rethink the finance function 2.0 from 3 different fronts:

  1. Effectiveness – Business Intelligence and Insights
  2. Efficiency – Optimized Shared Services model
  3. Control – Stronger Governance

We will explore where to start; how to prioritize goals and actions; what are common pitfalls, and how to create a collaborative framework for the finance and HR teams in order to lead a successful organizational transformation.

This will be an enlightening and interactive session where participants can ask questions and share their own experiences.

  • Case Study presentation by executive speaker
  • Q & A ‘discovery’ segment
  • Roundtable peer discussion
