The first night (March 4) will be hosted by Laura Glithero, Partner at Cohen Highley LLP, who will be speaking about the legal obligations in regard to accommodations including the AODA process and how to develop it.
The second night (March 11) will be hosted by Kristin Ley, Partner at Cohen Highley LLP, who will be addressing individual accommodations, how to guide an individual through the process, and what the consequences are if you do not accommodate.

Laura is a partner at Cohen Highley LLP where she has extensive experience in condominium law. As part of her practice, Laura provides practical advice to businesses about implementing the AODA. She is the current Chair of the AODA Employment Standard Review Committee and was a member of the Partnership Council on Employment Opportunities for People with Disabilities.
