Rob works to find innovative ways to resolve conflicts and legal challenges in a cost-effective manner that is sensitive to the business needs of an organization. Rob advises employers and employees in contract negotiations, terminations, wrongful dismissals and collective bargaining matters. Rob also conducts workplace training and investigations. Rob has spoken about the benefits and risk of AI in several forums. He is also a frequent instructor of the HRPA's workplace investigations certificate course.
