For his annual Employment Law Update, Stuart will review the epic changes in 2021 which impacted HR, HR Laws and best practices, including HR during a pandemic, dealing with constantly changing circumstances, remote and hybrid work. At the same time, the law continued to evolve, with significant changes regarding the enforceability of termination clauses, post-termination compensation, vaccination policies and other core issues. Stuart will review the changes and provide advice on how to best protect your organization as you move forward.
